Aerial documentation isn't just progress photos — it's a usable record of your project. Every visit creates a clear, dated visual reference for builders, lenders, investors, and clients. For draw approvals, dispute protection, milestone verification, or internal records, it becomes valuable the first time you need proof of what actually happened on site.
Construction Progress Documentation
Aerial photo documentation of your job site from ground break to final walk. Every visit produces a timestamped PDF report with high-resolution overhead images — exactly what lenders need for draw approvals and what you need if a dispute ever comes up.
As-Built Documentation
A final flight at project completion capturing the finished structure, landscaping, hardscaping, and overall site conditions. Delivered as a formal closeout record for owner handoff, permits, and long-term documentation. Includes a side-by-side comparison using first-visit and final-visit photos from the same angles.
Milestone Documentation
A single visit timed to a specific phase — foundation pour, framing complete, roof on, rough-in finished. For builders who don't need full monthly coverage but want a professional record at key moments.
Pre-Construction Site Documentation
A flight before ground break documenting existing site conditions — grade, boundaries, neighboring structures, and access points. Protects you if a neighbor later claims construction caused damage. Easy to bundle with your first progress visit.
Aerial Video Documentation
Smooth aerial video footage added to any documentation visit. Useful for client updates, progress reels, and project records. Ask about availability when scheduling.
Social Media Clips
A 30–60 second edited aerial clip from the same flight — no extra time on site required. Ready to post to Facebook, Instagram, or your website. An easy way to show active projects without any extra effort on your end.
Aerial Inspections
Visual inspections of roofs, gutters, chimneys, and hard-to-reach structures. Safe, fast, and no ladders or lifts required. Contact us with your site details for a quote.
Why It Matters
Catch Issues Early
An overhead view reveals grade issues, framing deviations, and staging conflicts that aren't visible from the ground — before they become costly problems.
Change Order Justification
Dated aerial imagery provides clear visual evidence of site conditions at any point in the project.
Compliance & Permit Records
Consistent, professionally shot documentation supports permitting, inspection reporting, and project closeout requirements.
Draw Approvals
Lenders move faster when progress documentation is clear, consistent, and professionally delivered — reducing delays caused by unclear or incomplete photos.
Dispute Protection
A timestamped visual record of completed work and site conditions makes resolving subcontractor or client disputes faster and more straightforward.
Visual Archive
Milestone documentation for marketing, historical reference, and future project planning — useful long after the job is done.
What's Included on Every Visit
All flights are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot and are covered by $1,000,000 in commercial aviation liability insurance through Global Aerospace, Inc. Certificate of Insurance (COI) available upon request.
